Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks

1/3 cup Philadelphia Chive and Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread

butter and milk, as needed

 

Directions:

1.  Cook potatoes in boiling water in a large saucepan until tender, 10-15 minutes.

2.  Drain potatoes well and return to pan.  Add cream cheese spread and mash with potato masher until light and fluffy adding butter and mild as needed to make desired consistancy.

Serves 6.
